摘要
随着油田老区块的持续开采,低效井、报废井越来越多。而老井通过开窗侧钻挖掘剩余油藏,周期短、成本低,逐渐成为国内各油田盘活老油区的重要手段。目前常用导斜器和铣锥两套独立的工具进行侧钻,至少需要两趟钻来完成套管开窗,这不利于节约成本。为了降本增效,提出一种一体式钻开窗侧钻工艺技术,并介绍了该工具的工作原理、主要技术参数、施工工艺等。以华北油田泉XX井为例,从侧钻方案到现场施工分析了整个侧钻流程。从应用效果来看,较普通斜向器开窗平均节约11.1 h。
With the continuous exploitation of old oilfield blocks,more and more inefficient wells and abandoned wells appear.However,sidetrack king through old wells has become an important means of revitalizing old oil fields in China.Traditional sidetracking for window opening uses two sets of independent tools,inclinometer and milling cone.It requires at least two drills to complete casing window opening,which is not conducive to cost savings.In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency,an integrated drilling sidetracking technology is presented in this paper,whose working principles,main technical parameters and construction technology of the tool are introduced.Taking Quan××well in Huabei Oilfield as an example,the whole sidetracking process is analyzed from sidetracking scheme to field operation.According to the application of the window opener to several wells,it saves 11.1 hours on average of the time compared with the conventional inclinometer window opener.
