摘要
糖尿病足感染(DFI)致残、致死率高,是导致糖尿病患者住院和截肢率升高的主要原因。治疗DFI最重要的环节是选用合适的抗生素,准确选用抗生素的基础是明确致病菌。本文就DFI微生物分布特点进行综述,分析使用16S r RNA及宏基因组测序等高通量测序技术鉴定细菌的利弊,为临床准确选用抗生素治疗DFI提供依据。
Diabetic foot infection(DFI)is the main cause of increasing of hospitalization and amputation rate in patients with diabetes.The most important treatment for DFI is to select appropriate antibiotics.The basis of selecting antibiotics is to identify the pathogenic bacteria.In this paper,the characteristics of microorganisms in DFI were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of using 16S rRNA and metagenomic sequencing were analyzed,which to provides reference for accurate selection of antibiotics.
