川乌配伍白芍减毒增效作用研究进展

Research progress on the attenuation and synergism of compatibility of Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba

川乌与白芍是中医治疗风寒湿痹证的传统药对。近年来,研究人员对川乌配伍白芍的减毒增效作用开展了大量的研究工作,发现川乌配伍白芍可降低双酯型生物碱的含量,抑制双酯型生物碱的吸收,同时增强白芍苷的吸收。此外,二者配伍可有效降低川乌对肝脏药物代谢酶活性的影响,还可对体内小分子代谢物表达水平进行调控。本文从临床应用、化学成分、药效学和毒性评价四个方面对川乌白芍配伍的减毒增效作用进行综述,以期为川乌白芍配伍药对的临床用药安全提供依据,为相关药物的研发提供参考。

Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba are traditional couplet medicines for the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome.In recent years,researchers have carried out a lot of research work on the the attenuation and synergism of compatibility of Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba.It is found that the compatibility of Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba can reduce the content of diester-alkaloids,inhibit the absorption of diester-alkaloids,and enhance the absorption of paeoniflorin.In addition,the compatibility of the two herbs can effectively reduce the effect of Aconiti Radix on liver drug metabolic enzyme activity,and also regulate the expression level of small molecule metabolites in vivo.This paper reviews the attenuation and synergism of compatibility of Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba from four aspects of clinical application,chemical composition,pharmacodynamics and toxicity evaluation,so as to provide evidence for the clinical safety of the compatibility of Aconiti Radix and Paeoniae Radix Alba and provide a reference for the development of related drugs.
