LID视角下的里分保护与更新研究——以泰兴里为例

Research on the Protection and Renewal of Li-fen from LID-Taking Taixingli as an Example

里分是武汉特有的具有中西方建筑文化交融特色的近代民居形态,与北京的胡同和上海的里弄齐名,百年期间历经辉煌与沧桑,承载了武汉的历史与文化。本文以武汉特有的居住建筑形式里分作为研究对象,关注武汉里分室内居住环境的现存问题,并结合LID(低影响开发)的设计理念及方法,以泰兴里这条独具特色的里分为例,探讨LID视角下的里分室内空间与院落的保护与更新设计,如何在延续其独特的历史与文化价值的前提下,对泰兴里的居住空间环境进行整体性改造设计并提出具体的策略与方法。

Li-fen is a unique form of modem residential building with the characteristics of blending Chinese and western architectural cultures.It is as famous as Hutong in Beijing and Li-long in Shanghai.It has gone through the glory and vicissitudes in the past one hundred years,bearing the history and culture of Wuhan.Taking Wuhan’s unique residential building form--Li-fen as the research object,this paper pays attention to Wuhan Li-fen indoor living environment problems.Combined With the design concept and method of LID(Low Impact Development),this paper discusses the protection and renewal design of interior space and courtyard in Li-Fen from the perspective of LID.Taking the unique neighborhood of Taixingli as an example,on the premise of continuing its unique historical and cultural value,this paper puts forward specific strategies and methods for the overall transformation design of the living space environment of Taixingli.
