领导生命周期理论与不同类型员工的差异化管理路径 被引量:4

摘要 领导者的风格应适应下属的成熟程度,这样才能实现有效领导。依照成熟度的演进规律,现实中存在问题型、新进型、老油条型、成熟型四种类型员工。领导者在实际管理过程中,要实行"因型而异"的差异化管理,对问题型员工实行强制性命令,对新进型员工实行"灵活性命令+指导性说服",对老油条型员工实行"强制性命令+平等性参与",对成熟型员工实行适度性授权。
