摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)作为最常见的生殖内分泌失调性疾病,影响了5%~10%的育龄期女性。近年来尽管对PCOS的研究层出不穷,但其病因尚不明确。氧化应激在PCOS的病理生理学中扮演重要角色。PCOS患者细胞内活性氧的产生,受高度复杂的抗氧化酶和非酶系统控制。因此,了解氧化应激的机制对于预防和治疗PCOS具有重要意义。本文对PCOS氧化应激机制及相关标志物进行论述。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common hormonal disorders,occurring in 5%-10%women in reproductive ages.Although there are many researches on PCOS in recent years,its etiology is still unclear.Oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathophysiology of PCOS.Intracellular reactive oxygen species production in patients with PCOS is controlled by highly complex antioxidant enzymatic and non-enzyme systems.Therefore,understanding the mechanism of oxidative stress is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of PCOS.The oxidative stress mechanism and related markers of PCOS are discussed in this paper.
