摘要
中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)已成为公认的全身炎性反应的有效指标之一。越来越多的证据显示NLR是一个简便实用的检测指标,可以准确诊断细菌性肺炎及评估患者的病情严重程度和预后,对于区分不同致病菌也有一定价值,尤其对于基层医院具有普及的临床应用意义。本文从NLR在细菌性肺炎诊断、病情及预后评估等方面的作用价值进行综述,旨在为NLR的临床应用提供依据和参考。
The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)has become one of the recognized effective indicators of systemic inflammatory response.More and more evidence shows that NLR is a simple and practical index which can accurately diagnose bacterial pneumonia and evaluate the severity and prognosis of patients.It is also valuable to distinguish different pathogens.So it especially has universal clinical significance for primary hospitals.This article reviews the role of NLR in the diagnosis,condition and prognosis evaluation of bacterial pneumonia,aiming to provide evidence and reference for the clinical application of NLR.
