介入医学专业研究生在非直属肿瘤专科医院的“双轨合一”教育模式探讨

摘要 结合非直属医院的特殊性和介入医学专业这一新兴学科的特点,依据"双轨合一"的内涵,从医院及科室管理、带教导师和研究生三个层面进行探索和研究。通过加强教学办公场所和设施建设、对师资队伍进行定期培训和设置导师小组等措施;强化师资力量建设,通过提供科研平台和课题,鼓励研究生积极主动参与科研实践以提高其科研能力,达到督促研究生在临床技术技能和科研技能上齐头并进的目的 ,促进"双轨合一"教育模式在非直属医院中的实施。通过在持续不断的发展和实践中结合介入医学的特点,逐步形成符合自身实际的教学及考核机制。 Combined with the particularity of non directly affiliated hospital and the characteristics of interventional medicine as a new discipline,according to the connotation of "dual track integration",this paper explores and studies from three aspects of hospital and department management,tutor and graduate students.By strengthening the construction of teaching office and facilities,conducting regular training for teachers and setting up tutor groups,etc.;by strengthening the construction of teachers,and providing scientific research platforms and topics,encouraging graduate students to actively participate in scientific research practice to improve their scientific research ability,so as to achieve the purpose of urging graduate students to advance in clinical technology and scientific research skills,and promoting implementation of " dual track integration" education mode in non directly affiliated hospitals.Through the continuous development and practice,combined with the characteristics of interventional medicine,non directly affiliated hospitals gradually form in line with their own actual teaching and assessment mechanism.
