摘要
科主任是医院科室学科带头人,同时又是科室的行政管理者。本文阐述了新时期医院科主任的新内涵和应具备的新能力,最后从学科发展战略背景下提出科主任管理水平的提升策略,包括科主任要重视学习管理、要充分尊重科主任的管理权、给科主任配个"管理小助手"、提供决策支持系统、规范科主任选拔准入、建立有效的激励约束机制。
The head of department is the academic leader and the administrative manager of the hospital department.This article elaborats the new connotation and new ability of the head of department of hospital in the new period,and then put forward the promotion way of management level the head of department from discipline development strategy,including that the head of department shoud attach great importance to the learning management,respect the head of department fully,assign a "management assistant" to the head of department,provide the decision support system,standardize the selection access of the head of department and set up an effective incentive and constraint mechanism.
