摘要
本文提出了高压直冲技术和无压过滤技术的设计思想,开展了无压过滤器主体结构滤网的设计。通过滤网流速、流量、尺寸、开孔率等设计计算,设计出了一种大流量的滤网结构。此种滤网的滤筒直径为60 cm、长度为120 cm。该滤网具有过滤面积大、结构稳定、过水量大的特点,同时具有污水自由出流过滤的能力。
In this paper,the design concepts of high pressure direct flush to the filter screen technology and natural head filtration technology were put forward,the design of the main structure of filter without pressure was carried out.Through the design and calculation of the flow rate,flow,size and opening rate of the filter,a filter screen structure with large flow was designed.The filter cartridge of this filter screen was 60 cm in diameter and 120 cm in length.The filter screen had the characteristics of large filtering area,stable structure and more water flow,and it also had the ability of sewage free flow filtration.
