温针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果观察

Observation on treating ankylosing spondylitis by warm acupuncture

目的:研究分析温针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)的效果。方法:收集2014年9月-2017年9月期间我院收治的强直性脊柱炎患者72例作为研究对象,按照平行的原则将这72例强直性脊柱炎患者均分为对照组和观察组,对照组的36例患者接受西医治疗,观察组的36例患者接受温针灸治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果以及临床指标。结果:(1)观察组患者的中医证候疗效优于对照组患者,两组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05)。(2)观察组患者的临床指标以及强直性脊柱炎指数优于对照组患者,两组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05)。(3)观察组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组患者,两组之间的数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果显著,可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,改善患者的强直性脊柱炎指数,提高患者的生活质量水平,可以在临床治疗当中进一步推广应用。

Objective:To study the e ffect of warm acupuncture on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:72 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into the control group and observation group according to the parallel principle.The control group received western medicine treatment;the observation group was treated by warm acupuncture.The therapeutic e ffects and clinical indicators in groups were compared.Results:TCM syndromes in the observation group were better than the control group,with significantly differences(P<0.05).The clinical indexes and mandatory spondylitis index in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture on ankylosing spondylitis shows a significant effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,ankylosing spondylitis index and quality of life,should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
