桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction onrheumatoid arthritis of the Fenghan Shibi type

目的:研究风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)应用桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年7月-2018年8月治疗的风寒湿痹型类RA患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用免疫抑制剂治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血沉(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)、类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、免疫球蛋白(IgG)水平、中医证候积分和类风湿关节炎病情活动度评价表(DAS-28)评分情况。结果:治疗前,两组的ESR、RF、CRP、IgG水平、各项中医证候积分(关节疼痛度、屈伸不利、关节怕冷、关节发热)、DAS-28评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相较之对照组,观察组ESR、RF、CRP、各项中医证候积分、DAS-28评分均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:采应用桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗RA,能够有效改善临床症状及相关临床指标,可改善患者预后。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)on rheumatoid arthritis of the Fenghan Shibi type(风寒湿痹型).Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with immunosuppressive agents,and the observation group was treated with the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction more.ESR,RF,CRP,IgG levels,TCM syndrome scores and DAS-28 scores in groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the ESR,RF,CRP,IgG levels,TCM syndrome scores were not statistically signi ficant.After treatment,there was no signi ficant di fference in IgG levels between the two groups.The ESR,RF,CRP,TCM syndrome scores and DAS-28 scores in the observation group were signi ficantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction can e ffectively improve clinical symptoms,related clinical indicators and improve the prognosis of patients on rheumatoid arthritis of Fenghan Shibi type.
