董玉江教授治疗冠心病经验

Experience of professor Dong Yujiang in treating coronary heart disease

总结董玉江教授治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的经验。董教授认为冠心病病机为气阴两虚、痰瘀气滞痹阻心脉,病性本虚标实,气阴两虚为本,痰瘀气滞、痹阻心脉为标,根据“实则泻之”“虚则补之”的治疗原则,提出益气养阴、豁痰化瘀理气为本病的治法,并强调辨病辨证结合,在临床治疗中获得了很好的疗效。

In this article,Professor Dong Yujiang’s experience in treating coronary heart disease was summarized.He believes that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is Qiyin Liangxu(气阴两虚),Tanyu Qizhi(痰瘀气滞)and Bizu Xinmai(痹阻心脉);and the disease belongs to Benxu Biaoshi(本虚标实).Based on treatment principles of Shize Xiezhi(实则泻之)and Xuze Buzhi(虚则补之),the therapies of Yiqi Yangyin(益气养阴)and Huotan Huayu Liqi(豁痰化瘀理气)were proposed,and combination of differentiation of syndrome and disease was emphasized.
