中医药治疗骨伤科早期肢体肿胀的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating early limb swellingin orthopedics with TCM medicine

目的:评价中医药治疗骨伤科早期肢体肿胀的临床效果,为骨伤科患者临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院骨伤科2016年9月-2018年6月收治的早期肢体肿胀患者104例,根据不同综合治疗方法进行分组,对照组采取甘露醇治疗,试验组采取中医按摩联合活血止痛汤中医综合治疗。对比两组骨伤科早期肢体肿胀患者治疗效果、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、肿胀消除时间、住院时间以及生活质量(SF-36)评分、焦虑情绪评分情况。结果:试验组骨伤科早期肢体肿胀患者治疗总有效率、生活质量评分均高于对照组,焦虑情绪评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,肿胀消除、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中医药治疗骨伤科早期肢体肿胀治疗效果显著,可以短时间消除患者肿胀、改善患者疼痛感以及生活质量,具有应用价值。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical e fficacy of TCM medicine on early limb swelling in orthopedics department,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of orthopedics.Methods:104 patients admitted to the department of orthopedics and traumatology of our hospital from September 2016 to June 2018 were selected.The treatment methods were different for the control group and the experiment group.The control group was treated with mannitol,and the experiment group was treated by TCM massage with Huoxue zhitong decoction(活血止痛汤).The treatment e fficacy,pain scores,edema elimination time,length of hospital stay,quality of life score and anxiety score in two groups were compared.Results:The total treatment efficiency and quality of life scores in the experimentl group were higher than those in the control group;the anxiety and pain scores were lower than those in the control group,and the swelling elimination and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The efficacy on TCM medicine early limb swelling in orthopedics department is effective,which can eliminate the swelling of patients in a short time,improve the pain feeling and quality of life,and has application value.
