手针治疗不同证型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效差异研究

The efficacy of hand acupuncture on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of different syndromes

目的:对手针结合常规疗法治疗不同中医证型的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)的临床疗效差异进行客观评价。方法:随机选取符合研究标准的80例患者。对研究的患者均给予吸氧、解痉、止咳、化痰等常规治疗并结合手针治疗,治疗疗程为1周。疗程结束后对比各证型治疗前后咳嗽、咯痰、喘促、自汗、哮鸣音、发热等症状、体征和白细胞、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)等实验室检查结果的改变。结果:本次研究纳入80例患者,无脱落患者。其中痰热壅肺组痊愈3例,显效15例,有效9例,无效0例;痰浊阻肺组痊愈2例,显效10例,有效15例,无效0例;肺脾气虚组痊愈1例,显效8例,有效14例,无效3例。经检验分析三组的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手针结合常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著。该疗法对痰热壅肺证和痰浊阻肺证患者疗效较好,对肺脾气虚患者也有一定疗效,但是较其他证型患者效果较差。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the hand acupuncture plus conventional therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of different TCM syndrome.Methods:80 patients were given conventional treatments,such as oxygen inhalation,antispasmodic,antitussive and phlegm plus hand acupuncture.At the end of the treatment,the scores of the laboratory examination such as cough,expectoration,perspiration,spontaneous sweating,wheezing,fever and other laboratory tests were compared.Results:3 cases were cured in the Tanre Yongfei(痰热壅肺)group,15 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,0 case was ineffective.2 cases were cured in the Tanzhuo Zufei group(痰浊阻肺组),10 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,0 case was ineffective.1 case was cured in the Feipi Qixu(肺脾气虚)group,8 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The differences among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hand acupuncture plus conventional treatment displayed a significant effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.This therapy had a good effect on Tanre Yongfei syndrome,Tanzhuo Zufei syndrome and Feipi Qixu syndrome,but the effect was worse in other syndromes.
