加味黄连温胆汤治疗小儿抽动障碍痰热动风证临床效果分析

Observation on treating the Tanre Dongfeng type of pediatric tic disorder with the Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction

目的:探讨对小儿抽动障碍痰热动风证患者选择加味黄连温胆汤治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年11月-2018年5月就诊的72例小儿抽动障碍痰热动风证患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方法;对照组(36例)选择推拿方法展开治疗;观察组(36例)选择推拿方法联合加味黄连温胆汤展开治疗;对比治疗效果。结果:观察组小儿抽动障碍患者治疗痊愈率(50.00%)、总有效率(97.22%)高于对照组22.22%、75.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组小儿抽动障碍患者[耶路综合抽动严重程度量表,(Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale,YGTSS)]评分同对照组比较,差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者YGTSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组小儿抽动障碍患者中医证候积分同对照组比较,差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿抽动障碍痰热动风证患者在接受治疗期间,加味黄连温胆汤的有效应用,对于治疗效果的提升,YGTSS评分的降低,中医证候积分的降低,作用效果明显,最终对于小儿抽动障碍痰热动风证患者的康复加快奠定基础。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction(加味黄连温胆汤)on the Tanre Dongfeng type(痰热动风证)of pediatric tic disorder.Methods:72 cases were divided into two groups by lottery.The control group was treated by massage.The observation group was given massage plus the Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction.Results:In the observation group,the treatment cure rate(50.00%)and total efficiency(97.22%)were significantly higher than 22.22%and 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significantly difference in YGTSS score better(P>0.05).After treatment,the YGTSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiawei Huanglian Wendan decoction plus massage shows an obvious effect,can decrease the YGTSS score,reduce the TCM syndrome score,accelerate the recovery.
