观察中医综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高患者的效果

Efficacy of the TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on hypermyotonia following stroke

目的:对中医综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床疗效进行分析。方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月期间我院收治40例脑卒中后肌张力增高患者作为本次研究对象,患者在入组之后利用随机分组法将其分为两组,一组为对照组,予以常规康复疗法(包括关节活动训练、关节松动的治疗、痉挛肌的训练、体位及治疗仪的使用);一组为实验组,予以中医综合康复疗法(包括药物与针刺治疗),每组各20例,对比两组患者治疗后上肢及下肢肌张力评分与治疗前后肢体运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)与日常生活能力(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分。结果:①对照组患者上肢及下肢肌张力评分分别为(1.0±0.5)分及(0.9±0.4)分,实验组患者上肢及下肢评分分别为(0.5±0.2)分及(0.4±0.1)分,数据差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗前对照组患者FMA与ADL评分分别为(42.5±4.3)分与(51.7±5.0)分,实验组患者FMA与ADL评分分别为(43.2±4.5)分与(50.3±4.8)分,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组患者FMA与ADL评分分别为(52.3±5.1)分与(58.9±5.6)分,实验组患者FMA与ADL评分分别为(76.4±6.8)分与(78.9±7.4)分,数据差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③实验组患者上肢、下肢痉挛治疗优良率均高于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的效果较为理想,有效地促进患者运动功能的恢复,提高患者的日常生活能力,具有较高的安全性高,其疗效得到临床与患者的认可,值得在临床中被广泛推广与使用。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on hypermyotonia following stroke.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,40 cases were divided into two groups,20 cases in each.The control group was given the conventional rehabilitation therapy(including joint mobilisation exercises,joint mobilization,spasmodic muscle training and application of therapeutic instruments);and the experimental group was given the TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy(including medication and acupuncture).Results:The upper limb and lower limb hypermyotonia scores in the control group were(1.0±0.5)and(0.9±0.4),and those in the experimental group were(0.5±0.2)and(0.4±0.1),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the FMA and ADL scores in the control group were(42.5±4.3)and(51.7±5.0),And those in the experimental group were(43.2±4.5)and(50.3±4.8),respectively(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA and ADL scores in the control group were(52.3±5.1)and(58.9±5.6)respectively,and those in the experimental group were(76.4±6.8)and(78.9±7.4)(P<0.05).Efficiency in the experimental group was better,P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on hypermyotonia following stroke can effectively promote the recovery of patients’motor function,improve their daily living ability,and has high safety and is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
