针刺治疗功能性室早合并躯体症状障碍的疗效观察

Observation on treating functional ventricular premature beats with somatic symptom disorders by acupuncture

目的:探讨针刺治疗功能性室性早搏(简称室早)合并躯体症状障碍(Somatic Symptom Disorders,SSD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年12月我院心病科收治的功能性室早合并躯体症状障碍同时中医证型为心脾两虚的患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者采用普通干预加“非经非穴”点的“假”针刺治疗,治疗组采用普通干预加经穴针刺治疗。观察对比两组治疗3个月前后的24 h动态心电图、躯体化症状自评量表(Somatic Symptom Scale,SSS)分值、临床证候积分等疗效性指标,以及血常规、肝肾功能等安全性指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者24 h动态心电图、躯体化症状自评量表分值、中医证候积分疗效评定有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组安全性指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)患者心脏不良反应发生率及总不良反应发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗能减少功能性室早合并躯体症状障碍患者室早的发生,能明显改善患者情绪,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on functional ventricular premature beat with somatic symptom disorders.Methods:The 106 patients with functional ventricular pvemature beats and somatic symptom disorders wore randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,53 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with common intervention plus acupuncture in the non-acupoints;while those in the treatment group were treated with common intervention plus acupuncture in the acupoints.To observe and compare the 24 hours holter,the score of somatization symptoms self-rating scale,clinical syndrome score and other safety indicators such as blood routine examination,liver and renal function examinations,and the adverse reactions before and after 3 months of treatment between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency,the reduction rate of 24 hours holter,the score of somatization symptom self-rating scale and the decline rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in safety indicators between the two groups.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of cardiac adverse reactions and the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Acupuncture can significantly reduce the occurrence of functional ventricular premature beats with somatic symptoms disorder,and can significantly improve the mood of patients with high safety.
