海南省商贸物流业发展策略探讨

Discussion on the Development Strategies of Commercial Logistics Industry in Hainan Province

根据国家战略部署要求,海南要建设自由贸易试验区和中国特色自由贸易港。基于此,海南作为国家的重大战略部署重点地区,文中在阐述海南商贸物流业发展重要性的前提下,通过对海南商贸物流业发展现状的分析,提出要加快商贸物流业转型升级、推动十二大物流工程建设、推进港口资源整合优化、夯实海南国际中转枢纽港地位、充分发挥重点物流城市作用、实现多方物流信息互联互通的发展策略,为海南商贸物流业的转型升级、降本增效助力。

According to national strategy deployment,a free trade pilot zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics should be built in Hainan Province. Therefore,Hainan Province is a major strategic deployment district of China.On the premise of explaining the importance of the development of commercial logistics industry in Hainan Province,the current development status of commercial logistics industry in Hainan Province is analyzed in this thesis. Then it is proposed that the transformation and upgrading of commercial logistics industry should be accelerated,the construction of 12 logistics engineering and the integration and optimization of port resources should be promoted,the status of Hainan as an international transit hub port should be enhanced,the role of key logistics city should be given full play to and multi-party logistics information interconnection should be realized,thus boosting the transformation and upgrading of commercial logistics industry in Hainan Province,reducing costs and increasing benefits.
