冷链物流风险分析及对策研究

我国属于资源消费大国,随着互联网的发展和国民消费水平提高,越来越多的人选择网购蔬菜水果等生鲜产品。而支撑这个环节的是冷链物流,冷链物流的流通率决定生鲜产品损腐率。目前,我国冷链物流行业起步晚,发展不成熟,生鲜产品的冷链流通率很低,流通过程中的损腐率极高,冷链物流各环节都存在风险。文中通过研究我国冷链物流行业发展现状,对冷链物流系统风险进行分析,最后提出相应对策。

China is a big resource-consuming country. With the development of the Internet and the improvement of national consumption levels,more and more people choose to purchase fresh products such as vegetables and fruits online. The support of this link is cold chain logistics,and the circulation rate of cold chain logistics determines the rate of damage to fresh products. At present,China’s cold chain logistics industry started late and is not mature,the cold chain circulation rate of fresh products is very low,the damage rate in the circulation process is extremely high,and there are risks in all aspects of cold chain logistics. This paper analyzes the development status of China’s cold chain logistics industry,analyzes the risk of cold chain logistics system,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures.
