在大数据背景下,物流企业应充分挖掘大数据潜力,促进管理模式的创新发展。基于此,文中分析了大数据对物流企业管理模式的影响,针对大数据引发的物流企业管理问题,从物流数据处理能力不足、物流设施信息化程度低、大数据专业人才紧缺、个人隐私保密性差等方面进行了探究。针对大数据革新物流企业管理模式,从基于大数据的营销管理模式升级、运输管理模式优化、人力资源管理模式更新、决策管理模式改进等方面进行了论述。

In the context of big data,logistics enterprises should fully exploit the potential of big data and promote the innovative development of management models. Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of big data on logistics enterprise management model,and causes logistics enterprise management problems for big data,from insufficient logistics data processing capacity,low informationization of logistics facilities,shortage of big data professionals,poor personal privacy,etc. For the big data innovation logistics enterprise management model,a discussion is arranged from marketing management model upgrade,transportation management model optimization,human resource management model update,and decision management model improvement.
