Under the two-level warehousing network structure,Zhenjiang Company optimizes the warehouse storage mode and improves the lean management of warehouses by implementing differentiated material storage strategies. By creating the active distribution system of local warehouses to transform the material distribution from demand side to supply side,and improve the supply and service level of the local city enterprises;ensuring the supply and distribution of e-commerce materials through the innovative supply mode,preventing and controlling the risk of supply of e-commerce materials;and improving the foundation of material management through the improvement of the talent team to further enhance the effect of centralized distribution of materials,ensure the timely supply of materials,and promote lean management of materials storage and distribution.
