基于物流企业的财务管理问题研究

Research on Financial Management Based on Logistics Enterprises

随着我国信息化程度的不断提高,物流行业正处于不断革新的状态之中,无论从配送区域还是配送速度来说,物流企业均已取得了显著的进步。但物流企业对于财务管理方面的忽视,从某种程度上来说,阻碍了物流企业进一步降低业务成本和生产效益。文中通过分析物流企业财务管理现状中存在的问题,提出物流企业应将财务管理作为企业的一项战略目标,健全财务管理体系,提高财务监管的效果和效率等合理建议,帮助其实现企业的经营目标和可持续发展。

With the continuous improvement of China’s information level,the logistics industry is in a state of continuous innovation. No matter from the distribution area or the distribution speed,the logistics enterprises have made remarkable progress.However,the neglect of financial management by logistics enterprises has,to some extent,hindered logistics enterprises from further reducing business costs and production benefits. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current financial management of logistics enterprises,this paper proposes that logistics enterprises should regard financial management as a strategic goal of enterprises,perfect financial management system,improve the effect and efficiency of financial supervision and other reasonable suggestions,so as to help them realize their business objectives and sustainable development.
