摘要
随着医药体制改革深化和市场竞争的日趋激烈,在对外开放的医药分销领域,发展药品物流是企业的必然发展方向。文中以国内医药龙头企业扬子江药业集团(简称Y药品集团)为案例,对供应链环境下药品物流配送中心选址规划进行研究。结合药品及药品流通领域特点,从交通条件、工地条件、经济条件、可持续发展等因素出发,运用AHP法确定各指标权重,在此基础上,引入TOPSIS法比较各医药配送中心选址方案与正负理想点的距离,依据其相近度选择远离负理想点的方案作为结果,最终确定Y药品集团的物流配送中心选址。
With the deepening of the reform of pharmaceutical system and the increasingly fierce market competition,the development of pharmaceutical logistics is the inevitable development direction of enterprises in the field of pharmaceutical distribution opened to the outside world. This paper takes Yangzijiang pharmaceutical,a leading pharmaceutical enterprise in China,as an example to study the location planning of pharmaceutical logistics distribution center in the context of supply chain.Combined with the characteristics of medicine and medicine circulation field,from the factors of traffic conditions,site conditions,economic conditions and sustainable development,AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index. On this basis,TOPSIS method is introduced to compare the distance between each medicine distribution center location scheme and positive and negative ideal points,and the scheme far away from negative ideal points is selected according to its similarity as the result,finally y medicine set is determined.
