摘要
文中研究生产外包模式下服装企业的生产订单分配问题,优化模型为需求不确定下的多目标混合整数规划模型,利用机会约束处理方法将随机变量的机会约束转化为等价类,最大满意度法确定各个目标的隶属度函数。结合服装企业产品特性指标如生产报价、产品交货率和产品次品率等,最后运用Lingo软件得出最优订单分配方案。利用上述模型,在控制生产外包成本的基础上,考虑供应商的质量和交货能力优势,从而达到及时响应客户需求、提高消费者满意度的效果。文中以D服装公司作为研究案例。
This article studies the production order allocation problem of the clothing enterprise under production outsourcing mode,optimizing the mode from the original one to the multi-objective mixed integer programming model with uncertain demand,transforming chance constraint of random variables to equivalence class using opportunity constraint processing method to determine the membership function of every subject using maximum satisfaction method. At last,using the software Lingo to get the best orders allocation proposal considering apparel enterprise product characteristics,such as production quotation,product delivery rate and product defection rate,etc. Using the mode above,consider the advantages of the quality and delivery performance on the basis of controlling the cost of producing packaging,so that we can achieve timely response to customer needs and improve customers satisfaction. This article takes D company as a research case.
