面向利用第三方B2B跨境平台的制造业企业信用评估研究

Research on Credit Assessment of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Third Party B2B Cross-border Platform

信用评估对于降低交易双方的信用风险和交易成本,促进投资者科学决策、行业健康发展、监管便利化以及对优质企业实行差异化服务具有重要作用。对此,文中从企业注册信息、企业素质、财务情况、企业证书荣誉、企业未来发展潜力、运输情况、支付情况、历史交易情况、产品、服务情况这九个方面去构建利用第三方B2B跨境平台的制造业企业的信用评估体系,并使用决策树进行评估,结果表明年平均交易额、总评论数、接受的交货条件、接受的付款货币数对信用评估具有显著的影响,最后,针对企业、平台以及监管部门提出不同的建议。

Credit evaluation plays an important role in reducing the credit risk and transaction cost of both sides of the transaction,improving scientific decision-making of investors,healthy development of the industry,facilitation of supervision and differential services for high-quality enterprises. In this regard,this paper constructs a credit evaluation system for manufacturing enterprises using third-party B2B cross-border platform from nine aspects: enterprise registration information,enterprise quality,financial situation,enterprise certificate honor,enterprise future development potential,transportation situation,payment situation,historical transaction situation,product and service situation,and evaluates these enterprises by using decision tree. The results show that the average annual turnover,the total number of comments,acceptance of delivery conditions and acceptance of payment currency have a significant impact on credit evaluation. Finally,different suggestions are put forward for the enterprises,platform and supervision departments.
