Teaching Reform and Exploration of Logistics Facilities Equipment in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Three Have Talent Training Model

物流设施设备是物流系统的物质基础和物流技术水平的标志,物流设施设备课程是一门实践性和应用性较强的物流管理专业课程。传统教学侧重对设施设备的认知,文中结合学校现有资源对物流设施设备课程进行教学改革与课堂实践,项目化教学、情境教学相结合,对接岗位与技能竞赛,以知识、能力为目标开展"理实一体化"教学,重在掌握设施设备功能及其操作技能,激发学生的学习热情与兴趣,提高学生自主学习、实践创新能力。

Logistics facility equipment is the material basis of logistics system and the symbol of logistics technology level.Logistics facility equipment course is a practical and applied logistics management professional course. The traditional teaching focuses on the cognition of the facility equipment. In this paper,the teaching reform and the class practice of the logistics facilities equipment course are carried out in combination with the existing resources of the school. Combining project-based teaching with situation-based teaching,combining post and skill competition,teaching "integration of theory and practice"with the goal of knowledge and ability,the emphasis is on mastering the function of facilities and equipment and their operation skills,arousing students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning,improving students’ autonomous learning ability practice innovation ability.
