新工科背景下高校民航物流人才培养研究

Research on the Training of College Civil Aviation Logistics Talents under the Background of New Engineering

随着我国民航运输的快速发展,对民航物流方向的人才培养需求愈发显著,人才培养的质量要求越来越高。文中以山东省为例,对高校民航物流人才培养进行了研究,探讨了民航物流人才培养的必要性,分析了民航物流人才培养的现状,从弹性机制及校企融合机制两方面提出了高校民航物流人才培养的优化措施。其中弹性机制以"宽口径、重基础"为基本目标,对学制、学位,专业应用方向,专业选修课程体系等进行了弹性考量;校企融合机制侧重于实践课程的增设、师资队伍的建设及物流人才校企深度合作平台的搭建。

With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation in China,the demand for talent cultivation of civil aviation logistics is apparently increasing,the quality requirements for talent cultivation are supposed to getting higher. This paper researched the aviation logistics talent cultivation among university in Shandong province as an example,discussed the necessity and analyzed the current situation of civil aviation logistics talent cultivation. Optimization measures are proposed from the two aspect of flexible mechanism and school-enterprise integration mechanism."Widen-caliber,strengthen-base"is the basic goal of the flexible mechanism,which is considered when the academic system,degree,professional application direction and elective course system are focused. More practical courses and the construction of the teaching staff team can be regarded as the keys of the school-enterprise integration mechanism with deep cooperation platform for logistics talents cultivation.
