办学特色是高职院校生存和发展的基础,特色发展是破除高职院校千校一面,实现高职教育内涵发展和建设教育强国的必然要求。在从底色、本色、成色、亮色四层视野理解高职院校特色发展的基础上,可从国家战略和行业政策向外借力,以重构思维擦亮高职教育是类型教育的底色,以整合思维彰显专业建设的本色,以跨界思维提高校企合作的成色,以创新思维增加其他优势项目的亮色,通过底色+本色+成色+亮色的"高职院校特色发展四色链"内生发力机制,多维进路地办好新时代职业教育,推动职业教育实现高质量发展。

The characteristics of school running are the basis for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges,and characteristic development tells a college from another and is the inevitable requirements to realize the connotative development of colleges and to build a great power of higher education. On the basis of understanding the characteristic development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of background,nature,quality and specialty,we can borrow resources from national strategies and industrial policies,so as to polish the background that vocational education is a typical education with reconstruct thinking,to reveal the nature of major construction with integrated thinking,to improve the quality of school enterprise cooperation with cross-border thinking and to brighten up other advantageous projects with innovative thinking.With the endogenous driving mechanism of four perspectives of characteristic development of higher vocational colleges as background,nature,quality and specialty,vocational education can be well run in a multi-dimensional way with high quality in the new era.
