物流管理人才培养机制研究——基于湖北深度融入“一带一路”建设视角

Research on the Training Mechanism of Logistics Management Talents——Based on the Deep Integration of Hubei into the “Belt and Road” Construction Perspective

随着融入"一带一路"建设工作的强力推进,湖北对物流人才的培养提出了新的要求。通过分析"一带一路"建设下湖北面临的机遇以及对物流管理人才培养的新要求,提出培养面向"一带一路"建设物流管理人才的举措,以期为荆楚卓越物流管理人才培养以及当前物流管理专业的发展提供有益的探索。

With the strong promotion of Hubei’s integration into the Belt and Road construction work,new requirements for the cultivation of logistics talents have been put forward. By analyzing the opportunities faced by Hubei under the Belt and Road initiative and new requirements for the training of logistics management talents,this paper puts forward measures to train logistics management talents,aims to provide a useful exploration for the training of outstanding logistics management talents and the development of logistics management in Hubei.
