摘要
文章结合汽轮发电机定子生产现状,详细介绍了精益六西格玛(DMAIC流程)在产品质量改善中的具体应用。在定义阶段识别关键质量特性;测量阶段通过流程图分析梳理出了潜在影响因子,并验证测量系统能力;分析阶段综合运用P-FMEA分析、假设检验等工具确定显著因子;改善阶段在采取措施后重新计算风险优先级系数,将新的流程作业指导书标准化成为工艺文件;通过项目执行,成功达到项目目标。
Based on the current status of the production of turbo-generator stators,outline the application of Lean Six Sigma(DMAIC process)in product quality improvement.During the definition phase,identify key quality characteristics.During the measurement phase,sort out potential factors through flow chart analysis,and verify the capability of the measurement system.During the analysis phase,determine significant factors by useing P-FMEA analysis,hypothesis testing and other tools.Recalculate risk priority coefficients after taking action,then standardize new process work instructions into process files.Finally,through the project execution,the project goals were successfully achieved.
