导丝尿道扩张器治疗男性尿道狭窄的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of male urethral stricture with guide wire urethral dilator

目的:探究可通过导丝尿道扩张器治疗男性尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2012年3月至2017年4月收治的男性尿道狭窄患者40例作为治疗组,采用可通过导丝的尿道扩张器进行治疗。另外回顾性分析2004年3月至2009年4月收治的采用软性尿道扩张治疗的男性尿道狭窄患者40例,作为对照组,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组40例男性尿道狭窄患者均一次性尿道扩张成功,一次性治愈率为100%。表现为排尿顺畅,无尿不尽、尿淋漓现象,且尿线明显变粗,均未出现假道形成、尿失禁、直肠损伤、尿道穿孔等副反应,复查B超膀胱无残余尿。对照组31例患者术后尿道狭窄症状完全消失,一次性治愈率为77.5%。结论:可通过导丝尿道扩张器制作方法简单,便于操作使用。治疗男性尿道狭窄成功率较高,无严重并发症,为临床上该病的治疗提供新的参考。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of urethral dilator with guide wire in the treatment of male urethral stricture. Methods: A total of 40 male patients with urethral stricture from March 2012 to April 2017 were randomly selected as the treatment group, and they were treated with a urethral dilator which can be used as a guide wire. In addition, 40 male patients with urethral stricture who were treated with soft urethral dilatation from March2004 to April 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In the treatment group, 40 cases of male urethral stricture were successfully dilated at one time, and the cure rate was 100%. The results showed that the urination was smooth, there was no continuous urination and urine dripping, and the urine line was obviously thickened, and there were no side effects such as false passage formation, urinary incontinence, rectum injury, urethral perforation, etc.The B-ultrasonic results showed that there wasno residual urine in bladder. In the control group, 31 cases of urethral stricture disappeared completely, and the cure rate was 77.5%. Conclusion: The method of making urethral dilator with guide wire is simple and easy to operate. The success rate of male urethrostenosis is high and there is no serious complication, which provides a new reference for the treatment of this disease.
