摘要
高校英语教师素质是影响高校英语教学质量的最核心因素,提升高校英语教师素质的根本要求就是实现教师自主发展。自主发展理念源于终身教育思想,自主发展理念要求高校英语教师进行主动的学习、探索和研究,寻找自身的差距和不足,弥补短板,个人承担更大责任去提升自己素质。本文围绕目的、核心、关注点和时间特性等四个方面对技术型自主发展模式与反思型自主发展模式进行对比分析。反思性自主发展模式对高校英语教师自主发展的启示包括注重综合素质的提升、突出教师的主体性、培养自我反思能力、建立合作学习群体等四个方面。高校英语教师可以通过行为反思、语言反思、资源反思和合作反思四个途径来实现向反思型自主发展模式转变。
The quality of college English teachers is the core factor that affects the quality of college English teaching.The fundamental requirement to improve the quality of college English teachers is to realize the self-development of teachers.The concept of self-development originates from the idea of lifelong education and it requires college English teachers to take the initiative to learn,explore,study,and find their own gaps and shortcomings,make up for the shortcomings,and take greater responsibility to improve their own quality.This article compared purpose,core,focus and time characteristics this four aspects between the technology-based self-development mode and reflective self-development mode.The enlightenment of the reflective self-development of college English teachers includes the improvement of comprehensive quality,the emphasis on teachers'subjectivity,the cultivation of self-reflection ability and the establishment of cooperative learning groups.English teachers in colleges and universities can realize the transformation to self-reflective development mode through four ways:behavior reflection,language reflection,resource reflection and cooperative reflection.
