为实现基于水利一张图的信息资源的整合、共享,深化图层应用,湖南省水利厅坚持以信息化为引领,科学规划湖南"水资源·水安全"信息化建设思路,同步夯实信息化建设保障体系,为实现"水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管"的目标,通过发展水利大数据中心和云平台建设,全面整合水利一张图应用系统数据资源,完善水利信息采集、传输、处理、分析和应用,目前已在水旱灾害防御、水资源管理、河湖管理、水库管理等信息化建设应用方面取得初步成果,可为湖南省水利信息资源深化应用提供技术基础。

In order to achieve the goal of "complementing shortcomings in water conservancy projects and strong supervision in the water conservancy industry", by developing the construction of a large water conservancy data center and cloud platform, it comprehensively integrates data resources of a single water conservancy application system, and improves water conservancy information collection, transmission, processing, analysis and application. They have achieved initial results in flood and drought disaster prevention, water resources management, river and lake management, reservoir management and other informatization construction applications, which can provide a technical basis for the deepening application of water conservancy information resources in Hunan Province.
