国内外城乡规划发展现状的探究及经验借鉴

Research and experience of urban and rural planning development at home and abroad

采用"理论-实践-理论"的论述方法,通过对当前国内外城乡规划理论及实践成果的探究,以国内典型城市的城乡规划方法为切入点,与法国、日本经典城乡规划实例做对照分析,得出我国城乡规划应以经济为基础,政治政策为引导,给予城乡过渡地带更多关注,建立区域中心实现生活区域融合,以此分担大城市职能的经验结论。

Adopts the method of "theory to practice to theory". Based on the study of the theory and practice of urban and rural planning at home and abroad,the paper takes the urban and rural planning methods of typical domestic cities as the starting point,and makes a comparative analysis with the classic urban and rural planning cases of France and Japan,then concludes that China’s urban and rural planning should be based on economy and guided by political policies,pay more attention to the transition zone of urban and rural,establish regional centers to realize the integration of living areas,so that can share the functions of big cities.
