摘要
为解决盾构施工过程中刀具更换的难题,以武汉市轨道交通8号线洪山区政府站-文昌路站区间工程为依托,研究了填仓和常压换刀过程的系列技术。根据施工情况及地层条件总结出一种盾构填仓换刀施工技术,并给出了开仓准备及填仓换刀的具体流程。经多方面研究表明,该技术手段的应用可以有效地完成盾构机的常压状态换刀工作,保证了盾构掘进施工的进度。
In order to solve the problem of tool replacement during shield construction,this paper relies on Wuhan Metro Rail Line8 Hongshan District Government Station to Wenchang Road Station as the basis to study a series of technologies for silo filling and atmospheric pressure cutter change process. Based on the construction situation and stratigraphic conditions,this paper summarizes a shield filling technology for the construction of knife replacement,and provides the specific procedures for the preparation and the cutter replacement. Various researches show that this technical method can effectively complete the cutter change of the shield machine at atmospheric pressure,which guarantees the progress of shield tunneling construction.
