摘要 随着装配式建筑的发展,吊装设备或构件越来越大,吊装环境越来越复杂,选择合适的汽车起重机成为吊装作业中至关重要的一环。为有效指导吊装作业,避免发生安全事故,介绍了汽车起重机选型计算流程,并提出了模型参数的计算方法,主要包括:吊装设备的选型,吊索的选择,抗倾覆验算以及地基承载力验算等,最后总结了吊装作业应重点注意的事项,以供吊装作业参考。 With the development of prefabricated buildings,hoisting equipment or components are getting bigger and bigger,and the hoisting environment is more and more complicated. Choosing the right truck crane has become a vital part of the hoisting operation. In order to effectively guide the hoisting operation and avoid safety accidents,this paper introduces the calculation process of the selection of truck cranes,and proposes the calculation methods of the model parameters,including: selection of hoisting equipment,selection of slings,anti-overturning check calculation and foundation bearing check the calculations,etc.,and summarize the items that should be paid attention to in the lifting operation for reference.
