摘要
埋地钢制天然气管道随着运行时间延长必然会发生金属腐蚀而穿孔,进而造成重大安全事故危害人民生命和财产安全。设计了一种阴极保护数据远传检测管理系统,以该系统在太原燃气管网应用为例,分别用牺牲阳极法和外加电流法对不同测试桩进行测试,表明该系统可方便实现地下燃气钢制管道阴极保护数据采集、存储、实时监测、地图管理、异常报警等诸多功能,为分析管网运行状况总体评价提供依据,对埋地钢制管道安全稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。
As the running time of buried steel natural gas pipeline is prolonged,metal corrosion and perforation will inevitably occur,which will lead to serious safety accidents and endanger people’s lives and property safety. A cathodic protection data remote detection management system is designed in this paper. Taking the application of the system in Taiyuan city gas pipe network as an example,the sacrificial anode method and impressed current method were used to test different test piles respectively,which showed that the system could facilitate the data collection,storage,real-time monitoring,map management,abnormal alarm and other functions of underground gas steel pipe cathodic protection. It provides a basis for the analysis of the overall evaluation of the operating status of pipe network and is of great practical significance for the safe and stable operation of buried steel pipeline.
