摘要
研究总结了当前水环境运维管理亟待解决的关键问题,并针对性地提出了解决方案,设计了基于水质、水文实时监测系统的水环境运维管理平台的物联网架构、多层平台架构,构建了基于实时监测系统的水环境运维管理平台。平台的建设对支撑水域水环境管理和决策、预防水环境污染事故、保障区域协调可持续发展与社会稳定起到了重要作用。
This paper studies and summarizes the key problems that need to be solved in the current water environment operation and maintenance management,and puts forward corresponding solutions,designs the Internet of things architecture and multi-layer platform architecture of the water environment operation and maintenance management platform based on the real-time monitoring system of water quality and hydrology,and constructs the water environment operation and maintenance management platform based on the real-time monitoring system. The construction of the platform plays an important role in supporting water environment management and decision-making,preventing water environment pollution accidents,ensuring the coordinated and sustainable development of regional environment,economy and society,and social stability.
