摘要
针对电动汽车动力电池成组后由于电池制造工艺的差异和工作环境不同引起的单体电池不一致问题,设计并实现了一种动力电池主动均衡系统。该系统以反激式变压器为核心,以电池工作电压作为均衡控制量,实现了能量在单体电池与电池组之间进行双向传递。阐述了均衡电路结构与工作原理,系统具体实现方法及系统测试结果。实验结果表明,本系统可以有效提高动力电池组的一致性,并且安全可靠。
A dynamic battery active balancing system was designed and implemented for the problem of dissonance of single battery caused by the difference of battery manufacturing technology and working environment. The inverter was taken as the core, and the single voltage as the balanced control quantity. Then the two-way transfer of energy between the single battery and the battery pack was realized. The structure and working principle of the balanced circuit, the realization method of the system and the test results were given. The test results show that the system can effectively improve the consistency of the power battery pack, and is safe and reliable.
