摘要
[目的/意义]通过对自然灾害的案例分析验证突发事件应急响应情报体系的有效性。[方法/过程]结合两类自然灾害突发事件,通过对案例内容回顾和反思,根据突发事件应急响应情报体系,从事前、事中和事后3个阶段,利用情报采集、情报组织、情报分析等手段,提出同类突发事件的应对办法和决策建议。[结果/结论]应急响应情报体系可以有效帮助应对自然灾害突发事件。
[Purpose/significance]Taking natural disaster events as example to examine the effectiveness and practicability of the emergency response information system.[Method/process]Two types of natural disaster emergencies,namely Wenchuan Earthquake and Flood disaster in 2016,were chosen to analyze.Through the review of the case content and with the help of emergency response information system,the two events are deeply analyzed in three phases.Decision-making suggestions for similar emergencies are proposed after the analysis.[Result/conclusion]The emergency response information system can help with the respond to natural disaster emergencies.
