摘要
为更好掌握综放工作面临空巷道超前支承压力分布情况,以便为临空巷道超前支护提供合理参考。以同忻矿8309综放工作面为研究对象,通过在回风顺槽距工作面前方280 m处设置3组(共9个)间隔15 m的测试钻孔,利用KSE-II-1钻孔应力计对煤体进行应力观测,对异常数据进行处理后得到有效钻孔应力计读数随工作面推进的变化情况。结果表明:在工作面前方0 m^20 m范围内煤岩体应力迅速升高;在20 m^80 m范围内煤岩体应力迅速降低;在80 m以外的范围煤岩体应力趋于稳定状态,基本不受采动影响。因而,将门式支架的超前支护范围确定为超前80 m。
In order to better grasp the distribution of the lead abutment pressure in the roadways near gob in the fully mechanized caving face,so as to provide a reasonable reference for the advance supporting of the goaf.Taking 8309 fully mechanized caving face of Tongxin mine as the research object,three groups(9 in total)of test boreholes with an interval of 15m were set up at 280m in front of the working face along the air return channel,and KSE-II-1 borehole stress meter was used to observe the stress of the coal body,and the change of the effective borehole stress meter reading with the advance of the working face was obtained after processing the abnormal data.The results show that the stress of coal and rock mass increases rapidly in the range of 0-20m in front of the working face,decreases rapidly in the range of 20-80m,and tends to be stable in the range of 80 m,which is basically not affected by mining.Therefore,the advance support range of the door-maintaining is determined as 80m ahead.
