Research on the Security Strengthening Technology of Electronic Archives in Tongmei Group

目前,档案信息安全保障能力已经成为检验档案信息利用服务能力,提升档案事业建设水平的一项重要指标。本文主要研究电子文件在脱离系统保护、在裸露环境下的自身安全,以及在数字档案馆系统环境下的传输、保管、利用中的安全,确保在企业信息化过程中电子档案信息的安全性。

At present,the ability of file information security has become an important index to test the ability of file information utilization and service,and to improve the level of file construction.This paper mainly studies the security of electronic documents in the system protection,exposed environment,as well as in the transmission,storage and utilization of digital archives system environment,to ensure the security of electronic archives information in the process of enterprise informatization.
