摘要
本研究评估了黄连素对脂多糖诱导应激的肉鸡生长性能、免疫、血液学参数、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。试验选择1日龄的雄性肉仔鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验采用2×2因子设计,即两个黄连素添加组(0和50mg/kg),脂多糖应激组(生理盐水和注射1.5mg/kg脂多糖)。脂多糖诱导分别在第14、16、18和20天腹腔注射脂多糖或生理盐水,在第21天采集血液和肝脏样本进行分析。结果 :日粮中添加黄连素可显著缓解脂多糖引起的日增重和日采食量下降(P <0.05)。脂多糖诱导显著提高了淋巴细胞和白细胞计数、血清和肝脏丙二醛含量及免疫球蛋白G、M和肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素-1β水平(P <0.05),但血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低(P <0.05)。结论 :日粮中添加黄连素可以有效缓解脂多糖诱导的生长性能抑制、氧化应激和炎症反应。
In this study,the effects of berberine on growth performance,immunity,hematological parameters,antioxidant and immune indexes of lipopolysaccharide induced stress in broilers were evaluated. 240 1-day-old male broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates and 10 chickens per replicate. The trial was designed with a 2×2 factor design,namely two berberine supplement groups(0 and 50 mg/kg)and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)stress group(normal saline and injection of 1.5 mg/kg lipopolysaccharide). LPS was induced by intraperitoneal injection of LPS or saline on days 14,16,18 and 20,respectively,and blood and liver samples were collected for analysis on days 21. Results :the addition of berberine in the diet could significantly alleviate the daily weight gain and decrease in the amount of food intake caused by LPS(P<0.05). Lipopolysaccharide induction significantly increased lymphocyte and leukocyte counts,serum and liver malondialdehyde levels,and levels of immunoglobulin G,M,tumor necrosis factor alpha,and interleukin-1 beta(P < 0.05),but significantly reduced serum superoxide dismutase activity(P < 0.05). Conclusion :adding berberine to diet can effectively relieve the inhibition of growth performance,oxidative stress and inflammatory response induced by lipopolysaccharide.
