摘要
医院文化是医院赖以生存与发展的精神支持与动力保障。档案作为其重要载体与媒介,在医院文化建设中可发挥重要作用。本文从档案与医院文化的关系入手,探究了档案在医院文化建设中的作用及其实现途径,提出了以满足受众广泛文化需求为导向的档案服务方法、路径的创新与拓展,以期助力医院文化在更广范围的继承与传播,继而服务医院发展,助推社会进步。
Hospital culture is the spiritual support and dynamics guarantee for the survival and development of hospitals. As an important carrier and medium,archives can play an important role in the construction of hospital culture. This paper starts with the relationship between archives and hospital culture,explores the role of archives in hospital culture construction and the way to realize it,and puts forward the innovation and expansion of archives service methods and paths oriented to meet the broad cultural needs of the audiences so as to help hospital culture be inherited and disseminated in a broader range,facilitate the hospital’s development and boost social progress.
