Analysis of the Refined Management Mode of Public hospitals based on system dynamics

运用系统动力学方法,从公立医院精细化管理模式总体结构出发,提炼医院精细化管理的因果关系链和因果关系反馈回路,绘制医院精细化管理关键要素的因果图和系统动力学图,建立医院精细化管理模式的系统动力学模型,在此基础上对医院精细化管理模式的关键影响因素进行分析,为公立医院精细化管理提供理论依据和操作规范。

Using the system dynamics method and starting from the overall structure of the refined management model of public hospitals,the author outlined the causal relationship chain and causality feedback circuit of hospital refined management,drew the causal map and system dynamics diagram of the key elements of hospital’s refined management,and established the system dynamics model of the hospital’s refined management mode. On this basis,key influencing factors of hospital’s refined management mode are analyzed so as to provide theoretical basis and operational specifications for the refined management of public hospitals.
