三级综合医院建设项目设计质量影响因素分析

The Impact Factors and Analysis of the Design Quality of the Third-Level General Hospital

本文以湛江中心人民医院建设项目为例,介绍了三级综合医院项目设计特点,从医院自身对设计工作的管理和协调层面,分析了影响设计质量的主要因素,并提出建议和对策,以提高建设工程项目设计终态质量,供同行借鉴。

Taking the Zhanjiang central people’s hospital construction project as an example,this paper introduces the design features of the third-level general hospital project. The main factors affecting the design quality are analyzed from the management and coordination of the hospital itself,and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for improving the final design quality of construction project for reference by colleagues.
