4C延续性护理在尿道下裂患儿术后留置尿管中的应用

Application of 4C continuous nursing in maintenance of indwelling urinary catheter in patients with hypospadias surgery

目的探讨4C延续性护理在尿道下裂患儿术后留置尿管中的应用。方法将2018年1月-6月收治的30例尿道下裂手术患儿作为对照组,2018年7月-12月收治的30例患儿作为观察组。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用4C延续性护理干预。比较2组患儿家属对留置尿管相关知识的掌握情况及患儿留置尿管出院并发症的发生率。结果观察组患儿家属对留置尿管目的、注意事项、并发症等9项留置尿管相关知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后尿管堵管、脱管、尿瘘发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施4C延续性护理有助于提高尿道下裂患儿家属对疾病知识的掌握情况,降低患儿术后并发症发生风险,提高患儿生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of 4C continuous nursing in maintenance of indwelling urinary catheter in patients with hypospadias surgery. Methods Totally 30 pediatric patients undergoing hypospadias surgery between January and June, 2018 were included as the control group, another 30 pediatric patients undergoing hypospadias surgery between July and December, 2018 were included as the observation group. The control group received routine management for maintenance of indwelling urinary catheter, while the observation group received 4C continuous nursing interventions. The level of parents’ knowledge regarding catheter was evaluated. The incidence rate of catheter-related complications was compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group were more knowledgeable about purpose of catheter placement, precautions, catheter-related complications and other issues compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of catheter-related complications such as catheter blockage, catheter dislocation, urethral fistula was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The 4C continuous nursing is effective to improve the level of parents’ knowledge regarding catheter, and reduce the risk of postoperative catheter-related complications.
