基于JCI标准下择期剖宫产手术预约流程的构建和实施

Implementation of appointment scheduling based on Joint Commission International standards for patients undergoing elective cesarean section

目的探讨基于JCI标准下择期剖宫产手术预约流程的应用效果。方法成立项目组,完善基于JCI标准下择期剖宫产手术预约流程,包括预约手术当天的准备、专人全程跟踪协调、术前宣教内容、科室间的无缝沟通、手术日的管理。结果 2018年9月-12月实施基于JCI标准的择期剖宫产预约服务后,产科床位周转次数由2017年同期的76.43次增加到108.64次,病床使用率由87.83%上升至98.41%,剖宫产分娩的平均住院日从4.38日缩短至4.12日,患者对服务质量的满意度评分从88.77分上升至88.93分。结论基于JCI标准的择期剖宫产手术预约服务能有效地缩短住院时间,增加产科床位周转次数,提升护理服务质量。

Objective To evaluate the implementation of appointment scheduling based on Joint Commission International(JCI)standards for patients undergoing elective cesarean section. Methods A project team was established to improve the appointment scheduling based on JCI standards for patients undergoing elective cesarean section. The appointment scheduling comprised multiple processes such as preparation before elective operation, whole-process follow-up, preoperative education, multidisciplinary communication, operation management. Results After implementation of appointment scheduling based on JCI standards, the number of bed turnover increased from 76.43 to 108.64 year on year, and the use of hospital beds increased from 87.83% to 98.41%. The implementation of appointment scheduling based on JCI standards was associated with a decreased length of hospital stay in patients undergoing cesarean section(4.38 days to 4.12 days) and a increased patients’ satisfaction score(88.77 to 88.93). Conclusion Implementation of appointment scheduling based on JCI standards is potentially effective to reduce the length of stay in patients undergoing cesarean section, increase the efficacy of bed resource utilization and improve the quality of nursing.
