摘要
本文从营养评估、制定营养支持策略、胃肠道耐受性监测3个环节,解读2016年美国重症医学会(SCCM)和美国肠外肠内营养学会(ASPEN)《成人危重症患者营养支持治疗实施与评价指南》、2017年欧洲危重病学会(ESICM)《重症患者早期肠内营养:ESICM临床实践指南》、2018年欧洲肠外肠内营养学会(ESPEN)《ESPEN重症监护病房临床营养指南》这3项危重患者营养支持循证临床实践指南的环节和内容,思考其对国内开展肠内营养支持的启示,为临床开展基于循证指南的营养支持策略提供参考。
In this paper, an interpretation of oversea evidence-based guidelines for entaral nutrition support in the adult critically ill patients was made from aspects of nutritional assessment, formulation of nutrition support strategies and gastrointestinal tolerance monitoring. Three guidelines were analyzed, including Guidelines for the provision and assessment of nutrition support therapy in the adult critically ill patient : Society of Critical Care Medicine(SCCM) and American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition(A.S.P.E.N.), Early enteral nutrition in critically ill patients: ESICM clinical practice guidelines, ESPEN guideline on clinical nutrition in the intensive care unit. This paper intended to provide reference for the development of enteral nutrition support and related clinical practice in China.
